LIEBHERR A922 RAIL LITRONIC

The Liebherr A922 Rail Litronic (2018) is a state-of-the-art two-way excavator designed for railroad work requiring high performance, precision and reliability. The machine combines the mobility of a wheeled excavator with the ability to work on tracks, making it ideal for the construction, modernization and maintenance of railroad infrastructure.
The model is equipped with a powerful Liebherr D834 A7 engine with 110 kW of power, providing adequate operating dynamics and economical fuel consumption. The 25-ton design guarantees stability when performing heavy earthmoving and handling work. The machine has 12,658 horsepower, which confirms its proven operation with high technical efficiency.

The excavator is equipped with a hydraulic system suitable for use with various work tools, such as a hydraulic hammer, grapple or ditching bucket. Operator comfort is ensured by an air-conditioned cab, ergonomic controls and a rear and side camera system to improve safety and visibility during work. The rail version has working lights for track work, stabilizing supports and rail bogies with a gauge of 1435 mm, which allows safe and stable work directly on rail infrastructure. The 10.00-20 size tires used provide good mobility when moving off the tracks.
